Bob is the founder and owner of Twist Luxury Home Marketing, Resacom, Inc. and Greenstone Legacy, LLC. Bob is on the board of Adrian Properties, a California business entity. Bob was also a founding owner of Prestige Real Estate Group and Prestige Title.
Bob graduated from Pepperdine University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. He has held management positions including Postmaster, Regional Director, Division Director for Marketing, Operations and Human Resources. He has served hundreds of real estate clients since 1995, and earned several advanced degrees such as GRI and CRS. In 2010 he was nominated as the "number-one Realtor" in Zagat. He stands by the Realtor Code of Ethics.
Bob is a member of the Denver MLS, Colorado Springs MLS, CAR, NAR, DMCAR, CCIE Network, and Loopnet. He is also a Mortgage Banker with Colorado Home Mortgage.
Nicole Adrian excels in her unique abilities in interior design, decoration and finish consulting, as well as staging for home sale optimization.
She exudes wonderful communication skills, bringing an excellent knowledge of color- balancing, fabrics, styles and trends to a client’s home. She has a great sense of creativity and is able to generate design concepts, developing timeless finishes for residential properties. Her understanding of design, symmetry and color is also wonderful, as is her ability to work with any type of budget.
She is skilled at guiding clients thru decisions and challenges in projects. She is a Hunter Douglas representative, with education, training and certification from Arapahoe Community College and Color Unlimited in San Francisco, California.
Bob & Nicole have designed, built and extensively remodeled many homes. They currently reside in a lovely home in Castle Pines, and have three grown children and one grandchild.
Rachel Spellman has worked in Real Estate since 2001, and is known by her clients as an outstanding person who cares deeply about her clients and friends, and works with integrity and to help them with their real estate needs.
Rachel has the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients. She is an avid real estate investor. She has studied Business Management, Real Estate and also Architectural Design throughout the United States and Europe. She serves as Secretary for the South Emerson Board. Rachel managed over $16,000,000-worth of home sale transactions within the last year.
